My item was ordered on December 6th when the website said items would arrive before christmas. I then logged in a week later to find a notice that anything ordered after december 5th would not arrive before christmas. My order has still not been processed or shipped to even get here close to the holidays, and I will likely be out of town due to other commitments by the time it arrives. Overall, highly dissatisfied with the service and unsure about the quality because I haven't recieved the item yet to know.
The hat was nicely stitched and of good quality. The delivery took awhile but their customer service responded quickly and solved the situation. In all the USMC anniversary cap is of good quality.
